On Tuesday, 05/05/2026, students, teachers and staff representatives from CCI/ESSI NYAMIRAMBO visited the memorial to the victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi located in Nyanza in Cyicukiro district where they were briefed on the history of the Genocide against the Tutsi as it unfolded and the state of the country's reconstruction. They were encouraged to fight against the ideology of Genocide and to promote the culture of unity.
