On November 20, 2025, the Islamic Cultural Centre in Rwanda held a graduation ceremony for 15 students who completed a sewing and tailoring training course at the Centre in Kigali. On this occasion, symbolic gifts were given to the top five graduates, and each of the top three trainees received a sewing machine during the year-long training program (2024-2025). A representative of the trainees' parents expressed their gratitude to the Centre for the training and support their daughters received. In addition to the students and teachers, the ceremony was attended by the Secretary General of the Joint Organisation for establishing the Islamic Cultural Centre, the Director General of the Centre, the Director of the secondary school ESSI, the Imam of the Centre mosque, and a number of other guests.
