On Wednesday, September 2, 2026, the Islamic Cultural Centre in Kigali held an honouring ceremony for the five top-performing students who passed the middle school examinations for the 2025/2026 academic year. To mark the occasion, the Centre administration presented the five students accompanied by their parents with gifts of school supplies. Additionally, they were granted a tuition waiver should they choose to continue their education at the Centre Islamic Scientific High School in Kigali. During the ceremony, a certificate of appreciation and gratitude was also presented to Mr. Gatsinzi Jean Bosco, the mathematics teacher, in recognition of his outstanding efforts throughout the academic year to improve students' proficiency in this core subject and prepare them to achieve top marks at the national level. It is worth noting that 138 students from the school participated in the national middle school examinations; with only one student failing to pass, the school achieved a success rate of 99.27%.
