Rwanda Information Society Authority has the mandate of planning and coordinating the implementation of national ICT for Development Agenda. In this perspective, RISA, in partnership with stakeholders and partners work to digitize government services and ensure easy access by the citizens. In that reason, Mr TUYISHIMIRE Joseph a digital ambassador within RISA in coordination with the ESSI-Nyamirambo school administration invited all staff and teachers in CPD to learn digital platform Irembo.gov.rw and lands.rw on this Friday 18/09/2026. In this training, school staff and teachers got the opportunity to open account within the website irembo and see how to get land information by using UPI. The training was very useful to the participants.
