Five Quran memorization teachers from the Islamic Cultural Center in Kigali benefited from a training course organized by the International Academy for Quranic Qualification in cooperation with the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in Rwanda, under the slogan "Quran Teacher: Competence and Mastery." The six-day course (January 12-17, 2026) represents the second phase of the Al-Nur Program for training Quran teachers from various Quran memorization schools nationwide. At the conclusion of the course, certificates of participation were distributed to all trainees in the presence of the Deputy Mufti of Rwanda and a number of officials.
