On Wednesday, June 03, 2026, the Administration of Islamic Cultural Centre participated in the Joint Action Development Forum (JADF) open day and exhibition held at the level of Nyarugenge district. This JADF continued to play a central role in Rwanda's decentralized governance.For that reason, different department of Islamic Cultural Centre exposed in this Open Days & Exhibitions showcase its services directly to the rwandan citizens from June 03 to 05, 2026.
